The time it takes to draw a single comic, according to the illustrator, “varies greatly” from case to case. “It depends on how much time and effort I have to devote to those subjects. However, the drawing will take about a week.”

“But I do have to take breaks now and then, days when I totally withdraw from art,” she said, adding that every artist has limitations and needs to recharge. “Otherwise, I get really burnt out.”

“Many small artists are dissatisfied because they have yet to establish their own style or find their niche. But that’s fine. Jenny said, “It is something that cannot be rushed.”  “It sounds weird, but let your artistry speak out. Finding your own style and niche is something that takes time to develop. There’s simply no shortcut.”

Jenny has a sizable fan base, with over 174k Instagram followers, 140k Facebook likes, and 25k Twitter followers. The German artist addresses a variety of social problems involving animals in her comics.

“There are hundreds of posters and infographics with different information about animals that have been neglected or abused. Many people are aware of the issues, but this knowledge is easily forgotten,” Jenny told Bored Panda. “Through my comics, I strive to give victims a voice. I want the animals who have been harmed to be able to share their own stories. I’m hoping that by doing so, I’ll be able to raise awareness.”

Jenny imagines Death as a character who “is only doing their work,” according to Jenny.

“People despise them for what they do, so someone has to do it in the end. She said, “I like to picture Death as a gentle and perceptive being.” “For all I know, we may be playing the universe’s greatest MMORPG, but there’s no way of knowing.”

“Now go hug your pet!” says the narrator. she continued.

Jenny is a freelance illustrator pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media at the HAWK University of Applied Science. She’s been immersed in art for as long as she can recall, with her first exhibits taking place when she was just 16 years old.
