Sasha Tsoy is a half-Kazakh, quarter-Korean, and quarter-Kazakh woman who was born in Kazakhstan. He explained how he made the comics:

I’ve always enjoyed drawing, but at some point in my life, I became more interested in others. I studied media and communications at university and wanted to find something that combined several of my interests into one package. As a result, in 2018, I began posting comedy on the internet.

Tsoy described his comics and artistic style as follows: He’s simply a lighthearted comic about various amusing events or thoughts that occur to me, my friends, and presumably many others. My art style is still a work in progress! It is heavily influenced by animation and cartoons, but I also attempted to make it look more realistic. I’m attempting to take a line drawing class.
