Filming for a training session, Ivan jumped from an altitude of 10,500 feet. His helmet camera recorded the terrifying moment he reached behind and found no parachute. His last words, filled with shock, were “Oh my God, no.”
Falling at 150 mph, Ivan tragically died on impact about a mile from the drop zone. Authorities ruled out suicide, calling it an unfortunate accident.
