We’ve all seen Disney princesses as sweet, lovable, and interesting characters who aren’t affiliated with anything negative. In the movies, their antagonists were portrayed as malevolent characters who were frightened to bring down and ruin these princesses. Have you ever wondered how these princesses would appear if they were evil and dark? How would your appearance change?

Jeffery Thomas, a California-based cartoonist and designer, has created some visuals to pique our interest. Along with him, another creative artist, Dan LuVisi, has created some amazing pieces of art based on our favorite childhood characters.

Scroll down and see how much Thomas’s imagination matches yours. You can also check more of his work on his blog.

#1 Snow White, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves

Consider how this poster could shift the entire plot of this novel. Snow White would be an evil character with malicious purpose, and she would employ the seven dwarves and her entourage to cause harm. Those black eyes scare me!

#2 Ariel, the Little Mermaid

Thomas not only transformed the little mermaid into a goth who appears to have risen from the dead, but he also transformed our innocent fish Flounder into a mortal.

#3 Jasmine, Alladin

This has to be the most recognizable of all the evil princesses. The addition of cheetahs and skull earrings would scare anyone off. Have you noticed the scratches on the belly and the protruding tooth? Watch out for Princess Jasmine!

#4 Belle, Beauty and the beast

Belle no es esa chica del lado gentil and amable que te recordaba las lavadoras y todo lo bien. She is ready to fill their hearts with fear and has the might of the bestia by her side!

#5 Pocahontas, Pocahontas

If you were thinking about asking Pocahontas for aid, forget it. She has bowed to the dark forces. And it is not just her; Grandma Willow will accompany Pocahontas on each step, advising and correcting her steps. Thomas did an excellent job with the blood stains and skeleton heads.

#6 Cinderella, Cinderella

Cinderella could not have been scarier! She’s scarcely recognizable. You may not have seen, but she has the mouse Gus in her hands. Thomas has genuinely dug up even the most innocent characters and made them wicked.

#7 Aurora, Sleeping Beauty

The adorable pink princess is long gone. She meets the zombie Aurora, who slept soundly in her grave but has reawakened and will not spare anyone. Nobody can escape his rage.

#8 Blue Fairy, Pinocchio

Time is running out, and your time will come. When the needle reaches 12, Alice will come after you. Meanwhile, she sucks the blood of those who succumbed to her rage.

#9 Esmeralda, The Hunchback of Notre Dame

Esmeralda still looks stunning here, but she is not the same. Jeffery Thomas demonstrated his ingenuity in this one. The half-scorched face and burned arm remind us of Mufasa from The Lion King!

#10 Merida, Brave

Merida was always strong and powerful, but were her abilities augmented by evil forces? We would have the most terrifying character in the series.

#11 Wendy, Peter Pan

Oh, Wendy, we thought Jeffery would forgive you!

#12 Megara, Hercules

That’s the creepiest version of Megara I’ve ever seen.

#13 Tiana, Princess And The Frog

Tiana looks more like a witch dragon princess here.

#14 Rapunzel, Tangled

You better not help her escape. Oh!

#15 Mulan, Mulan

Who will save folks from this frightening Mulan remake?

Is this how you imagined your favorite characters in wicked attire? Or do you believe she could have performed better? Please let us know if this filled up any holes in her imagination!
