3 New Pixie And Brutus Comics That Will Make Your Day

Brutus and Pixie are among those comic book characters you wish you could meet in real life (see earlier posts here, here, and here). Even though you can’t really pet these cuddly four-legged creatures, cartoonist Ben Hed nonetheless creates strips that will quench everyone’s need for sweetness. Ben is extremely busy, having gained over a million Instagram followers thanks to the two of them.

Ben, though, is unafraid of his enormous fan following. He told Bored Panda, “My creative process is the same now as it was when I had 25,000 followers.”

I am extremely grateful to those gentlemen for their unwavering support of my comics, which has allowed me to make the switch to drawing as my full-time career. Though it may sound cliche, I am extremely grateful to you.

According to the artist, “Pixie is a small, happy, and energetic kitten.” “She is innocent, but she also doesn’t seem to be aware of the dangerous and important things in her environment.” Brutus, on the other hand, is a big German shepherd with facial scars. “After he retired as a Military Working Dog (MWD), his owner adopted him. In many aspects, Brutus is Pixie’s complete opposite.He has witnessed a lot. Despite being a tough and serious military canine, he has a soft heart for Pixie and goes over and beyond to shield her from the harsh reality of their surroundings.
