A cartoonist named Dave Blazek produces humorous one-panel comics. For more than 20 years, newspapers and the internet have featured his comic strip Loose Parts. The National Cartoonists Society Reuben Awards, known as the Oscar of cartooning, were given to the artist twice. His writing is adored for its bizarrely insightful, oddly engaging, and irrationally funny content that makes people laugh by viewing the world from a fresh perspective. Daily editions of Loose Parts can be found in numerous different publications and websites, as well as in publications like The Washington Post and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
